mykd99 Usage

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal contract between you ("Member" or "User") and mykd99 ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, logging in or using any services provided on the mykd99 website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. mykd99 reserves the right to change, add to or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.

mykd99 services are limited to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Not previously banned, suspended or removed from the mykd99 platform.

Each user is only allowed to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same personal information, email address, mobile number or device is strictly prohibited. mykd99 reserves the right to terminate all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.

All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete and current. mykd99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including a copy of a national identity card (MyKad) or other supporting documents, in order to comply with our know your customer (KYC) procedures.

mykd99 supports a range of payment methods for our members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods accepted by mykd99 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and other major banks), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

Members are responsible for ensuring the payment account details registered are in their own name. mykd99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to transfer funds through an account not registered in the member's name may result in account suspension or closure.

mykd99 offers a welcome bonus for new members of 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

As a practical example: if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM150, bringing your account balance to RM250. You need to wager RM150 × 10 = RM1,500 before that bonus portion is eligible for withdrawal. If your deposit is RM800, the maximum bonus is RM500, the balance becomes RM1,300 and the wagering requirement is RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

The general conditions for all mykd99 bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• mykd99 reserves the right to withdraw or change the terms of any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• Any fraudulent attempt to manipulate bonus terms will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Other promotions such as cashback, referral bonuses and VIP rewards have their own terms that will be stated when the relevant promotion is launched.

mykd99 provides a four-tier VIP programme to reward member loyalty. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate based on the member's activity during that period.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on the member's activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is credited weekly and may be subject to minimum wagering requirements depending on the member's current VIP tier. mykd99 reserves the right to change the VIP programme structure or the benefits offered at any tier with reasonable notice to members.

Members agree to use the mykd99 platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all terms set out. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access the platform without written authorisation.
• Collaborating with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Publishing, distributing or using any unlawful, disruptive or harmful content through the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, databases or other members' accounts.
• Using a mykd99 account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in action that may include an official warning, temporary suspension, permanent account closure or legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

Members are fully responsible for the security of their login credentials, including their username and password. mykd99 recommends that members use a strong, unique password and not share login information with any other party.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately via 24/7 live chat or email. mykd99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a member's failure to keep their login information confidential.

mykd99 makes every effort to keep the platform running smoothly at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, maintenance downtime or circumstances beyond our control that affect platform availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mykd99 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from a member's betting or gaming decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by technical factors, natural disasters or unforeseen events.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to keep their credentials secure.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the use of the platform.

Gambling involves real financial risk. Members acknowledge that they play at their own risk and mykd99 is not responsible for any debts or financial difficulties arising from betting activity.

mykd99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms and conditions or any other platform policies.
• Fraud, hacking, or attempts to manipulate the system.
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Activity showing characteristics of money laundering or illegal financing.

Members may also request to close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Valid account balances will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures once all wagering requirements have been met and there are no outstanding issues.

mykd99 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We encourage all members to set personal limits for their deposits, losses, and playing time. The platform provides self-management tools to help members maintain control over their gambling activity.

Members are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or sell any part of the platform's content without first obtaining written permission from mykd99. Permitted use is limited to personal and non-commercial purposes within the scope of using the platform as a registered member.

mykd99 collects and processes members' personal data in accordance with the terms set out in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms and conditions, you also agree to how we collect, use, and store your personal data as described in that document.

Your personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. mykd99 may share necessary data with payment service partners, game providers, or regulatory authorities when required by law or a valid service agreement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the international licensing regulatory body under which mykd99 operates. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

mykd99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the amended terms is considered full acceptance of the new terms. Members who do not agree with any amendments have the right to close their account before the amended terms take effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and mykd99 regarding the use of the platform and supersedes all prior communications, agreements, or understandings between both parties on the same subject matter.
